The BHT signaling device is a unique product on the market, designed for marking high-voltage lines. The light draws its power from the line current via a transformer with windings installed directly in the beacon. The use of such a solution allows the signaling device to adapt to any mains voltage.
The model includes Multi-LEDs technology lighting, which guarantees its long efficiency (100 000 h) and strong durability and water resistance. The design of the signaling device also includes the fastening of the spherical nut on which the structure is based, in order to facilitate its installation on the power line. The weight of the lantern is distributed downwards and allows the light to be concentrated on the line.
Usage
The BHT beacon complies with ICAO regulations (Annex 14, Chapter 6) and is used as a wire marking light in highvoltage lines.
For lines located near airport platforms, it is necessary to set the marking every 70 meters, otherwise every 105 meters is sufficient. Nevertheless, in both cases, the first beacon must be within 10 meters of the nearest pylon.
